FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you want to know about our artworks, our creative process, our finishes, and your orders.

Our Creative Process

Are the artworks created using artificial intelligence?

Yes. MISTER & CO. artworks are created using a combination of professional digital design software and artificial intelligence technologies, used as creative tools.

Every artwork is conceived, directed, selected, refined, and finalized according to our artistic vision. Artificial intelligence lets us explore concepts, compositions, and visual worlds, but the final result is always the product of our creative direction, artistic judgment, and expertise.

For certain finishes — notably Fully Hand-Enhanced Canvas Print — each canvas is then hand-enhanced in Quebec, making every piece truly one of a kind.

Are the artworks original?

Yes. Every artwork offered by MISTER & CO. is an original creation developed under our own artistic direction. We create our artworks from concepts, ideas, and compositions imagined specifically for our collection.

Our creations are not simple reproductions of existing paintings. Each artwork is developed to offer a strong visual identity and a distinctive style unique to MISTER & CO.

Are you digital artists?

Yes. MISTER & CO. is a studio specializing in digital art creation.

We combine human creativity, artistic direction, professional software, and artificial intelligence technologies to design original decorative artworks for individuals and businesses.

Like any contemporary artist, we use today's technological tools to bring our creative vision to life.

Are the artworks generated automatically?

No. Every creation goes through a genuine artistic process.

We explore multiple concepts, select the best results, and refine the compositions, colours, textures, and details before choosing an artwork for our collection.

We place great importance on visual balance, emotional impact, and the final quality of every creation.

Is every canvas unique?

All our artworks are made to order. Pieces ordered with the Fully Hand-Enhanced Canvas Print finish are also hand-enhanced in Quebec. Each piece therefore has its own subtle variations, making it a one-of-a-kind work.

Our Finishes

Which print quality do we recommend?

If you want your artwork to have the greatest visual impact, we wholeheartedly recommend Relief 3D or Fully Hand-Enhanced Canvas Print.

Why? Because added texture completely transforms the result. Light reveals the relief, details come to life, and the artwork gains depth, character, and realism. The effect is far more striking than a classic print and immediately draws the eye.

Canvas Premium — The beauty of the image in its purest form.

A high-definition print on gallery-quality canvas, delivering exceptional sharpness, vivid colour, and an elegant finish.

Ideal for those who want a modern, refined piece that is true to the original image.

Relief 3D — Our best-seller.

Specialized technology automatically applies relief across the entire artwork, creating a three-dimensional texture reminiscent of real brushwork.

Light reveals the relief, adding depth and a striking artistic effect, while remaining far more affordable than genuine hand-painted enhancement.

The best value for a true wow effect.

Fully Hand-Enhanced Canvas Print — Our most prestigious finish.

After printing, an artist hand-applies real brushstrokes directly onto the canvas to create a one-of-a-kind piece.

Each piece has its own texture, genuine relief, and exclusive character. The brushstrokes, layered textures, and play of light come together in a work worthy of an art gallery.

The finish of choice for art lovers and collectors seeking a truly one-of-a-kind piece.

Our Recommendation — If your budget allows, we always recommend choosing a textured finish. It delivers the greatest visual impact, reveals the full richness of the artwork, and creates a genuine wow effect when seen in person.

Still unsure? Our team is happy to offer guidance based on your chosen artwork, your space, and your budget.

Colour & Display

Will the colours match what I see on my screen?

We do everything we can to reproduce each artwork's colours as faithfully as possible.

That said, computer, phone, and tablet screens can display colour differently depending on their settings, brightness, and display technology.

Slight variations between the on-screen preview and the printed piece are normal and are not considered a defect.

Orders & Timelines

How long does it take to receive an order?

Every artwork is made to order. The average time between order confirmation and delivery is about 30 business days, depending on the finish chosen, order volume, and destination.

We always prioritize craftsmanship over speed.

Why are sales final?

Every MISTER & CO. artwork is made specifically for each client, based on the selected dimensions, finish, and options. For this reason, all sales are final.

That said, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, we will carefully review the situation and offer an appropriate solution, in accordance with applicable law.

Can I change or cancel my order?

An order can only be changed or cancelled before production begins, that is 24 hours after payment.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible, since each artwork is made specifically for the client.

Caring for Your Artwork

Are the frames sturdy?

Yes. We use sturdy wood frames designed for stability, durability, and an excellent canvas presentation. Every piece is carefully mounted before its final inspection.

How do I clean a canvas?

To preserve the beauty of your artwork, simply use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Avoid chemical products, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.

Minimal care is generally enough to keep it looking its best for many years.

Can I display my canvas in direct sunlight?

We recommend avoiding prolonged sun exposure to preserve colour intensity over time. As with any work of art, constant, direct exposure to UV rays can accelerate material aging.
