Every MISTER & CO. artwork is made to order according to the dimensions, finish, and options selected by the customer.

For this reason, all sales are considered final.

Once production has begun, an order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Our Quality Commitment

Every artwork is carefully inspected before shipping to verify, among other things :

• print quality;
• the ordered dimensions;
• the selected finish;
• the frame assembly (if applicable);
• the overall condition of the artwork;
• the packaging before shipping.

Our goal is for every order to arrive in perfect condition.

If a Problem Occurs

While these situations are rare, if your order has a problem attributable to MISTER & CO. or to shipping, please contact us promptly.

Every request is reviewed carefully to find an appropriate solution.

Situations Eligible for a Claim

A request may be reviewed in cases such as :

• a dimension error attributable to MISTER & CO.;
• the wrong product shipped;
• a manufacturing defect;
• damage caused during shipping;
• product received in non-conforming condition.

Situations Not Eligible

The return policy does not apply to situations such as :

• a change of mind;
• customer error in dimension selection;
• customer error in finish selection;
• customer error in artwork selection;
• personal preference;
• normal, slight colour variation between screen and printed product;
• slight artistic variations specific to the Fully Hand-Enhanced Canvas Print finish;
• normal wear;
• damage caused after delivery.

How to File a Claim

If you notice a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To speed up processing of your request, please provide :

• your order number;
• a description of the problem;
• photographs of the artwork;
• photographs of the packaging, where relevant.

Review of Your Request

Each case is reviewed individually.

Depending on the situation, MISTER & CO. may, among other things :

• replace the artwork;
• correct the error when possible;
• propose a reasonable solution in accordance with applicable laws.

Legal Warranty

This policy does not limit the rights granted to consumers under applicable laws, including the legal warranties provided under the Quebec Civil Code and applicable Canadian laws.
